DESIGNED FOR HOW YOU LIVE

Different homeowners protect value for different reasons

The Thai page now frames this solution around real decision-making concerns, not just product features. The English page follows the same logic so each audience can find the exact reason Clear Guard fits their space.

Modern Luxury Homeowner

Flawless surfaces without covering up the materials you paid for

CONCERN

You invested in real timber, premium marble, and designer furniture because the texture, depth, and natural finish matter. Thick glass toppers, plastic mats, and fabric covers may protect the surface, but they also hide the beauty of the piece and make the room feel less refined.

RESPONSE

Preserve the original look: Clear Guard stays optically clear and nearly invisible, so you keep the grain, veining, color, and reflective quality of the original material. Choose a glossy finish to deepen shine and surface richness, or a matte finish for a softer satin look with reduced glare.

Rational Protector

Protecting expensive surfaces is cheaper than restoring them later

CONCERN

You see luxury furniture as an asset. Once a marble island etches, a lacquered dining table scratches, or a wood veneer stains, restoration is slow, costly, and rarely returns the piece to true original condition. Temporary protection that yellows or leaves adhesive behind can create a second problem.

RESPONSE

Protect value with a reversible layer: Clear Guard adds a sacrificial shield that takes the daily damage instead of the furniture itself. The film removes cleanly when needed, helping preserve resale condition, reduce restoration cost, and keep the piece presentation-ready over the long term.

Luxury Executive

Host family dinners and business gatherings without constant worry

CONCERN

Your home is an active space for dining, entertaining, and meeting guests. Hot cups, serving trays, cutlery, wine, sauces, and everyday friction are all part of real use. You should not have to choose between using the space naturally and keeping every surface pristine.

RESPONSE

Confidence in daily use: The aliphatic TPU layer resists heat, surface scratching, and liquid residue in normal household conditions. Certified MAXXMA installers finish the edges cleanly so the protection feels integrated into the furniture rather than added on top of it.

MATERIAL SCIENCE

Why cheap PVC protection film is a risk for premium furniture

Many low-cost furniture films sold online are made from PVC. They may look acceptable at first, but over time they can introduce yellowing, trapped residue, and a worn-out surface appearance that undermines the value of luxury interiors.

1. Adhesive breakdown can leave residue or damage the finish

Low-grade PVC films often rely on unstable adhesive layers. Warm cups, sunlight, and time can cause the glue to harden, shift, or fuse with the finish, leaving sticky residue or even lifting lacquer when removed.

2. No Self-Healing means scratches stay visible

Once PVC gets marked by plates, glassware, or office equipment, the scratches remain. The sheet quickly looks cloudy and tired, which is exactly the opposite of what premium furniture should communicate.

3. Yellowing, brittleness, and cracking happen fast

PVC is far more vulnerable to UV and normal indoor aging. Over time it can discolor, dry out, and crack at the edges, making the furniture look neglected even when the original surface is still intact underneath.

* MAXXMA Clear Guard is built from aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane, not PVC. It is designed for clarity, flexibility, cleaner removal, and long-term premium interior use.

PRODUCT STYLES

Choose the finish that best matches the room

Glossy clear TPU furniture film on a premium dining table

Glossy (Clear TPU)

This finish enhances natural wood grain, marble veining, and polished stone surfaces with a refined clear sheen. It is ideal when you want protection that keeps the original surface visually rich, crisp, and premium.

  • - Optical clarity with VLT up to 92%
  • - Enhances the depth and richness of natural materials
  • - Helps prevent water rings and oil penetration
Matte TPU furniture film with a satin, low-glare finish

Matte (Matte TPU)

Matte gives the surface a softer satin feel and lowers visible glare from lighting. It works especially well for desks, worktables, and interiors where a calmer, more contemporary texture is preferred.

  • - Smooth satin touch with low reflection
  • - Softens the appearance of minor existing surface marks
  • - Excellent for desks, office items, and everyday friction

WORKMANSHIP SERVICE

A precise installation process led by specialist technicians

01

Surface Assessment and Detailed Measuring

We inspect the existing finish, confirm the surface is safe for application, and measure all edges, curves, and overhangs so the film can be custom cut accurately.

02

Deep Cleaning and Decontamination

Dust, grease, wax, and embedded residue are removed before installation. A clean surface is essential for a visually invisible result and long-term adhesion quality.

03

Precision Wet Installation

The film is aligned carefully and squeegeed with soft specialist tools to remove trapped solution and air without marking the protected material underneath.

04

Edge Trimming and Final Finishing

Excess film is trimmed cleanly and the edges are finished with heat and careful tension control to keep the border neat, stable, and visually discreet.

Frequently Asked Questions About Furniture Film

Q: Can Clear Guard furniture protection film be installed on genuine marble surfaces?
Yes. Genuine marble is porous and easily absorbs lemon juice, wine, coffee, oil, and other household liquids that can leave permanent etching or stains. A 200-micron clear TPU layer creates an invisible barrier that protects the stone while preserving its natural veining and premium appearance.
Q: Will removing the film in the future damage lacquer, paint, or wood veneer?
Clear Guard uses an aliphatic polyurethane adhesive engineered to stay secure while still releasing cleanly. On fully cured, stable surfaces it can be removed in one sheet without leaving sticky residue behind. We do not recommend installation on finishes cured for less than 30 days or on already peeling surfaces.
Q: How heat-resistant is the film? Can I place hot bowls or teacups directly on it?
The TPU layer is tested for short-term heat exposure up to 260 C, which is higher than the temperature of most hot cups, bowls, or serving dishes used in daily life. Normal dining use is safe, though we still recommend coasters or trivets for extremely hot cookware taken directly from the stove.
Q: How does the Self-Healing technology work, and what kind of scratches can it recover from?
Fine surface marks from wiping, plates, glassware, or everyday friction can relax over time because the aliphatic TPU top layer has strong elastic memory. Room warmth, warm water, or sunlight can help the surface settle back. Deep cuts that physically break through the film cannot self-repair.
Q: Is cleaning and maintaining Clear Guard difficult?
No. The top surface has a hydrophobic coating that helps resist oil, water, sauce, coffee, and wine residue. Most messes can be wiped away with a soft microfiber cloth and clean water. For greasy residue, a mild diluted dish soap is safe. Avoid harsh abrasives or strong solvents.
Q: How long does installation take, and is DIY recommended?
Professional installation usually takes around 1.5 to 3 hours per furniture piece depending on size, curves, and edge detail. We do not recommend DIY installation because dust control, wet alignment, trimming accuracy, and edge finishing all need specialist handling to avoid visible flaws or accidental damage.
